We have lived in this rental for 4 years and our cats have torn the flyscreen on all windows and sliding doors. In all its 13 of them, various sizes . We are doing some small upgrades to a townhouse we just brought. wanting to install approx 35m2 Hybrid SPC plank Flooring over tiles in the living, kitchen and downstairs toilet area. Other odd jobs include replacing door handles with new ones, installing mirror wardrobe sliding doors in 2 bedrooms, changing light shades, replacing towel rack. Happy to pay a per hour rate.
