I need two antennas disconnected from the roof, and cables pulled back.

Manual Pull cable has broken on 2 recliner chairs, needs replacing, possibly more stronger cable.

To repair, waterproofing and paint wall and door frame that has been damaged by water

Supply and install retractable fly screen for our sliding door. The dimensions for the moving doors is 150w x 200l.

Replace and reinforcement the damaged merbau of timber. Trash needs to be removed after repairs

3 of the garage door hinges need replacing

Towel holder has come off the wall and left a hole. Need hole repaired and reattach the towel holder in ensuite. I do have permafil stuff here as well

Existing clothesline is broken and I have purchased a new one. The existing clothesline must be removed and the new one must be installed in the same spot on the ground. We recently had some tiles fixed on the roof outside but a cat appears to have gotten into the roof before it was done and now it's trapped and crying out. It's a townhouse but the access is for the top floor and it appears to be stuck in the roof space for the ground floor - we have no idea how to help rescue it. Does someone know how to access it the lower roof of a townhouse and help rescue it?

I’m renovating a property in Narre Warren south where we need odds and ends for carpentry works completed. There is 3 external doors that need to be hung. They are not pre hung so will need the hinges routed, and door to be hung to suit existing jambs. We also need a small threshold fixed, fixing entry door jamb and removing a trellis at the front of the house.
