The central ducted heating is pumping too much heat / air into one ground level room (hence it gets too hot) and almost nothing to another first floor room (which is why it is freezing in winter). Please note the following: - It is a town house with an external roof mounted unit. - The upper level ceiling void is accessible through an access hatch however it is tight to move within due to the trusses, ducting and other stuff below the roof tiles. However, the central heating unit (as well as the ducts going downstairs) are close to the ceiling access hatch hence relative easy to access. - There are approx. 3-4 outlets per floor. - It is a gas heating unit. Additionally, I would like the following to be done (General maintenance requirement): - Replacement of 4 X water pads for evap cooler unit - Service of evap cooler Similarly, I need the following to be done: - Two of the ceiling grills are loose and keep falling off. I would like these to be secured in place. - Installing of a baffle to zone upstairs from downstairs heating Due date: Before 31st May 2024
