Gate is not auto closing, possibly due to lack of spring action in hinges. The gate has also sagged slightly, such that the magnetic latch is misaligned and not working properly. Hi, I’m looking to have a Bunnings (Kaboodle) laundry kit installed. I will also have some old tiling to remove and new tiles for the splash back installed.

Cupboard won't open and I don't want to force it open. I suspect it is a fault gas strut.

1) Straighten deck posts with brackets (Blue lines in picture) 2) Lift up 8 floorboards and strengthen that they are nailed into (Purple line) 3) Cut lattice to size (yellow lines) 4) Fix lattice to railing (yellow lines) 5) Fix bedroom and bathroom door (not pictured) I'll be there to assist and will buy the brackets and lattice.
