Find an experienced handyman in Noble Park North

We had our laundry renovated a few years ago, and rented the house out. It appears the section the laundry taps are located, directly below them is a small section that is not waterproofed or tiled. So there is mould building on the exposed subfloor. I would imagine this section of subfloor needs to be replaced, then waterproofed and tiled like the rest of the laundry. Photos are attached Photo 2 - shows laundry taps location under bench Photo 3 -what it was like last year, when rented Photo 1 - shows some mould build up.

We're looking for someone to put in a new window. The side gate to the house also fell off. We need it rehung if it's in good enough condition or replaced. We have a broken down pipe that needs to be attached again. It blew off in the wind so hopefully it can just be screwed back

Put the kitcen cabinet door

The pet door has been installed, but it won’t come together on the one side as shown on the picture. Just need someone to make it come together. Screws to be shortened.
