The flyscreen has warped due to the mesh being installed too tight. I need it to be redone so there is no warp in the flyscreen sliding door and it closes completely

Shower base in the bathroom is starting to deteriorate. The base is sinking and tiles are becoming loose and broken. Scope of work Demolition and tilling ▪ Remove the existing shower screen, remove all wall tiles and shower base. ▪ Plumbing for new leak prevention puddle flange and 50mm/40mm waste trap. ▪ Fix the walls and floor water damages, cement base screed to shower floor and cement sheets to wall tile areas. ▪ Re-tile shower walls and shower base, grouting and culking. ▪︎ Remove all building waste upon completion of the project. Waterproofing ▪︎ Seal all joints with polyurethane sealer ▪ Bandage all joints and apply 1 coat of primer 2 coats of waterproof to the walls and shower the base. ▪︎ Waterproofing certificate will be provided upon completion of the job. Finishing ▪︎ Fix back existing shower screen if removed without damages. ▪︎ Fix back all tap covers and shower head.

Pantry door, approx 2.5m high, with 5x hinges. 4x have screw fixings that have sheared off and threads are stuck in the door.

Window fly screen installation

The floor guide of our sliding door is broken which resulted in the door wobbling in and out. Looking for someone who is able to replace the current broken guide with a new one.

The upstairs bathroom door is not closing properly and seems to become harder to close when the air conditioning is on. Upon inspection, it was found that one of the hinges or a component of the door is missing, which appears to be the cause of the problem. Please note that Tasker need to purchase the required hinge as a part of the task
