Upon inspection, it was found that one of the hinges or a component of the door is missing, which appears to be the cause of the problem. Whilst getting out, I accidentally reversed my car onto the garage door, which got half way closed while reversing. The door is a sectional door and only the bottom panel got affected in the central area. The outer skin is good, no damage to paint or anything. The door is fully working, no problem with that, it's just aestethic. I need to know if someone can pull it straight back or advise me what to do.
