Find an experienced handyman in North Adelaide

I need someone to bring a ladder just to pull my stuck roller blinder it is at a hight of almost 4 meters in my room close to the ceiling

Is anyone able to fix this? Or replace it

The bottom shelf of my bookshelf needs fixing as per the pic. It appears a screw is missing. Also, I have two bookshelves next to each other and they should line up evenly, but they're not. I would also like this fixed.
