Is a beautiful property already in very good condition, will be lots of touch up work - indoors and outdoors. There is also some minor handyman work and tidy up/clean up jobs. Suits an all rounder that has basic trade skills. Will pay full days. I will supply all materials and tools. No photos sorry as the work is general and varied. Looking for someone to work Wednesday 9th Thursday 10th next week. Can pay hourly. Farm is located 1hr 15mins from Brisbane CBD. Happy to pay a little extra for travel.

LIGHT BULBS REPLACED IN HIGH CEILINGS, SHOWER SEAL REPLACED,FAN BLADES PUT BACK ON CEILING FAN, TOWEL RACK FIXED, WOOD ON STAIRS NEED TO BE FIXED. You will need a ladder for very high ceilings. Tenant has thrown out shower seal and not sure what bulbs are needed as high ceilings. Hedge hibiscus in front yard ( squared off so that tap on right hand side can be reached and so that frangipani is not touching it). Remove all palm seed pods and trim any dead palm fronds. Please note that some seed pods are 8-10m high. Please don’t accept the job if you don’t have the tools to work at this height. Remove all waste (including dead fronds in pic attached) and tidy up afterwards.
