Husky 3 panel glass door bar fridge has stopped cooling and i would like it fixed or quoted for repairs

We have two smart locks on external doors. They do not open and close properly because they need to be precisely aligned. Require someone to adjust and test.

We need help in installing wall paper to a single wall in the bedroom. The wall paper is already available photos attached

As shown in the photos, we have two old external roller blinds above our back deck that need to be removed. They are 5.5m off the ground level so one or two tall ladders of 5m+ or scaffolding would be required to remove the fixings Side access to the backyard is only 0.9m - too narrow to get a scissor lift into the backyard to use one of those. Unsure if one person could do this task or if two will be required. I’m happy to stand on the deck and support one end of the blind once fixings are removed so you can remove the fixings on the other end. Though unfortunately its not practical to remove both ends of the blind fixings whilst standing on the deck on a ladder (which would be way easier). I don’t need them to be taken to the dump, can do that myself. Just need someone to help me get both blinds to the ground safely. I work from home so flexible re day and time

Small hole in wall to be repaired

Hang 6 new internal doors on new doors and stops. Door jams all installed. 2 doors needing to be plained down to fit a 760 opening.

Need plaster repairs + preferably paint in 3 areas of the house. 1) Just had the air con removed, 8 x 11cm hole to fill + studs to patch over. 2) 3 x 3 cm hole where the air con guys put something in the wrong spot. 3) Fixing up shoddy DIY patching in the wardrobe, lots of small spots.

Require someone with carpentry skills to install gyprock in kitchen (two walls) and small bathroom

The paint has been chipped and damaged on the The front door area is damaged (needs to be puttied and painted) and unsure of what needs to be done to fix the chip of the garage door. We have the paint, just not the tools to fix

I have 2 bedrooms with old door handles that need to be replaced with lockable door knobs

External roller shutter blind has gone too high and will not come back down, it is on the second storey window with a winding arm on the inside of the unit. Winding mechanism works but will not go past a certain point.
