Hang 6 new internal doors on new doors and stops. Door jams all installed. 2 doors needing to be plained down to fit a 760 opening.

Need plaster repairs + preferably paint in 3 areas of the house. 1) Just had the air con removed, 8 x 11cm hole to fill + studs to patch over. 2) 3 x 3 cm hole where the air con guys put something in the wrong spot. 3) Fixing up shoddy DIY patching in the wardrobe, lots of small spots.

The paint has been chipped and damaged on the The front door area is damaged (needs to be puttied and painted) and unsure of what needs to be done to fix the chip of the garage door. We have the paint, just not the tools to fix

I have 2 bedrooms with old door handles that need to be replaced with lockable door knobs

External roller shutter blind has gone too high and will not come back down, it is on the second storey window with a winding arm on the inside of the unit. Winding mechanism works but will not go past a certain point.

A small piece of metal or similar is required to be drilled into a beam inside a garage to stop possums gaining access to roof. Size matches where the green Noodle is showing in photo. A piece of flashing is on hand matching the size if needed. Must be done by 4pm so a possum can be released and not regain access.
