Odd jobs around the house, including: 1. Hanging a photo 2. Re-hanging/securing curtain rods (already hung however need additional securing to the wall and 1 needs plastering/remounting) 3. Partial assembly of Absco shed (shed walls are mostly complete, some re-work required on front panel, then assembly and secure into concrete outside) 4. Mounting of dryer onto wall Can send additional photos as required.

New Unifi doorbell. We need someone to drill it into place but also connect it to electricity on the other side of the brick wall it is installed in(there is a light switch on the other side where it will be installed.

Have 2 broken legs , so rather limited, had planned to do myself .. Person I had organized cant come. Have a second hand kitchen needs chopping up a bit to fit in here before weekend as visitors arrive ...scope may change when onsite, i am on pension so not exactly flush with cash,up for negotiation, ute or station wagon would be handy as may need a bunnings run to pick up replacement backing sheets that got rained on and disintegrated. May end up a rather short day as posting this late , can discuss in person . will be dumping the crappy bits and making it a simple small lshape witha sink

Would like a handyman to do some odd jobs and small repairs around the house. (They may need to check some first to see what would be possible.) - Replace door handle with new one with lock/- garage to house door. - Re-attach curtain/blind chain holder to wall (Longer screw?) - put together flat pack,small cube unit(2x cube shelf) - remove bed-head brackets from bed,(no longer required) - repair/paint damaged spot on outside wall (We can supply paint) - re- align position of 1x door on on sideboard (x 2 sideboards) possible ???

ended late in day so dropped price a bit I have 2 broken legs , so cant do much, need someone for general light work ..moving light tinber planks after de-nailing tham, and de-nailing and random type jobs small jobs,, putting cartons on shelves- I cant carry anything so basically replacing there is more future work fro the right person -- just need someone genertally handy and with a brain for the after noon, if you can manage to scoot to Nudgee fairly quick

I want to replace my entertainment unit with something larger. In my picture you can see I’m using 3 different tables for my stuff, I’d like it to be one symmetrical unit. I am wanting a standard table - it won’t be holding more than 50kgs in weight total. 350Lx55Wx50H (cm) Not too fussed on colour but I’d like it to be wood that’s been treated so it can survive the occasional splash of water. No panelling etc. And it might make more sense to split one long unit into multiple shorter tables so I am open to ideas. Price is open ended/negotiable.

I have 4 doors that have never closed properly. To click them in you need to pull and slightly lift up. I’d like to get this fixed if possible please?

I need 3 x window privacy screens, a large tv aerial, and a green mesh cover removed from my house in preparation for a paint job. Will likely need various drill bits (Phillips heads + hex heads from what I can see) as well as a tall ladder, drill and screwdriver. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 29 January 2024
