Find an experienced handyman in Nundah

I’ve recently moved into a new home and noticed that one of the stairs on the internal staircase has a very loose tread on the edge. It shifts noticeably when any weight is applied, making it feel unstable. The looseness seems to be isolated to one end of the step; the other end near the wall still has a nail in place and appears secure. I’ve attached some photos for reference. Hoping this would be a quick and straightforward fix for someone with experience in stair repairs or general carpentry.

Install 3 ceiling fans with remotes. These are replacing light fittings. 2 bedroom, 1 in lounge.

Hello, I would like to remove and install blinds. - There are 3 bedrooms that have 2 blinds each that needs to be removed - I am replacing them with 1 blind each , which needs to be installed - toilet holder is loose , needs to be tightened - install a tap in the kitchen.

Replace the wheels on the 2 bedroom wardrobes and get rid of the noise when they slide. The current ones are worn and squeak. Also if you think of another solution to fix squeak.

Garage door has pulled itself out of the wooden frame. Nothing is damaged except the wood. Just looking for a quote and some options. The door closes fine, but obviously can't be fully opened.One photo shows the good side.

Repair several holes in walls due to removal of picture hooks, curtain rod holes, blind holes, and other dents . Cracks in plaster in two bathrooms. Repair amateur attempt on plaster repairs in two/three bedrooms.

There's a small hole over my shower in the bathroom which has been caused by leaking due to mould in the ceiling. The leaking has been fixed by the hole needs to be repaired.

I need 2 holes cut into the back of a new tv unit for cords. About 5cm diameter each should be fine. The timber is 13mm thick. I don’t mind what shape you end up cutting - if square is easier than round. BYO tools!
