Find an experienced handyman in Nundah

Looking for a handyman to fix a couple things around my apartment I’m selling! Small hole in bedroom door that needs to be patched and painted, ceiling fans need to be sanded and painted, and wardrobe mirror door frame needs to be fixed.

I have removed a standing vanity top and will need to install a new wall hung vanity top with plumbing done as well. New Wall hung vanity is already available. The concern is that the new vanity is slightly longer in width than the current vanity, hence the some at the side will have to be cut away. Please advise on price.
