Description: My bathroom sliding door is not shutting completely. It has two rollers on top, but one of them has a loose screw, causing the door to tilt and touch the ground on that side. I’ve recently moved into a new home and noticed that one of the stairs on the internal staircase has a very loose tread on the edge. It shifts noticeably when any weight is applied, making it feel unstable. The looseness seems to be isolated to one end of the step; the other end near the wall still has a nail in place and appears secure. I’ve attached some photos for reference. Hoping this would be a quick and straightforward fix for someone with experience in stair repairs or general carpentry.

Garage door has pulled itself out of the wooden frame. Nothing is damaged except the wood. Just looking for a quote and some options. The door closes fine, but obviously can't be fully opened.One photo shows the good side.

There's a small hole over my shower in the bathroom which has been caused by leaking due to mould in the ceiling. The leaking has been fixed by the hole needs to be repaired.
