Looking for some experienced trade experts to fix steel frame underneath bathroom tiles as it squeaks when you walk in bathrooms. Someone with experience to deal with steel frame houses

Need to fix this wobbly handrail, it may need to adjust its position a bit and need some new screws.

At one side of existing bath room ( of size 3.5 m x 4.5m ) , a new bath room to be built , approx. 1m wide x 3 m long , including , partitioning wall ( approx 6m2 ,) floor tiles( approx 3m2) , shower base + cubicle , possibly water closet, plumbing , lighting and exhaust . I Brought this old Vintage Authentic Tall Glass Bottle. To my surprise the Lid Cap has a chip part Brocken of.. I would love to have it restored by a professional that deals with Brocken part glass. To have it looking as new again. Been told to sand/shave it but I do not want to crack it even more. Not sure if someone can add glass to it and smooth it out without seeing a line were added glass can be seen. Or can smooth sand into cone like shape to get rid of chip part.

I have two ceiling fans that need installation in two bedrooms. Neither bedroom (one downstairs one upstairs) has a ceiling crawl space. You should be able to cut into the ceiling, install the hardware to the timber supports then run the wiring in the ceiling and down the wall to where the light switch is. Plan B would be running the wiring along the outside of the ceiling using conduit (it would be visible but if that’s the only option then that’s what has to happen). They are fans only (not fans with lights) and neither has a remote control. Happy if you’d like to inspect first before confirming the job / the price.

Need 26m string of festoon lights hung on pergola

I need help to get a Spalding bball backing board assembled and mounted to either the roof or brick wall. I am not sure which option is best. Either on the pictured garage or on the brick work. The backing board comes with a universal bracket as shown. It would be great if we could get this done over the weekend. TIA Tasker will need their own tools.
