Need wall/door frame built from scratch + door install for space 3m wide x 2.7m high. Wall will sit behind the tv and extend straight from where the wall is on the right. 2 x bifold doors (already ordered) 2315x810x35 to go on the far left. Work around (cut into) the existing edges/cornice so that this wall is flush with the ceiling.

Need to replace ceiling fan remote control receiver by licensed electrician.

Secure architrave back above window and also the blind (it came away as not secured properly previously) & secure a large set of ikea shelves to the wall in our spare room

A handyman is needed to patch gyprock: 1. Corner of the wall and the gap next to the floor 2. A joint between two gyprock sheets 3. A hole from the old light fixture 4. A hole from the switch plate 5. A hole on the wall which was covered up with plaster 6. Cover a hole between the balcony beams and the wall to block rodents access (a ladder is required)

Need wall and celling done, the area is approximately 145-150 m² with a ceiling height of about 2.7 meters throughout. job may start may 2025 - house not ready yet

I have a Ikea Pax wardrobe and Ikea Billy bookcase that needs to be fixed to the wall and make them stable (including supply of relevant hardware - screws/washers etc). There is a skirting board so the wardrobe it will not be flush with wall. Behind the bookcase is a sliding door.

2 of the original straps on the gig bag have frayed and ripped. Need them stitched back or replaced.

Install an interior door in an existing door frame. I have the hardware including door handle and hinges.
