I have 2 awnings 1 x 2 m and 1 x 3m that need installation on the side of my house.

Mechanism on sliding kitchen drawer is broken and needs to be removed and replaced. Will require tradesman to provide and supply new mechanism as we are unable to obtain. We will cover costs of acquiring new drawer mechanism which can be added to invoice.

I need some windows sealed around the edge with flashing/ silicon. The first image with the single window - I need to check if there is a gap at the bottom of it, and if required, to be sealed. In the second photo, there is a gap at the top of the window which I need sealed with flashing while the window below it needs to be siliconed at the bottom where there is a small gap. A big ladder will be needed to reach top windows.

I'm needing a garden shed installed

Some of my garden beds are being held by wooden planks. One of them is broken due to recent rain. I need a new plank put in place to hold the soil of the garden bed. I will be paying for the equipment(new plank, polythene). Need some one to get the things from bunnings and fix it for me.
