You will need to bring a pop riveter for assembly.

All four Cove Cornices in the laundry need replacing as per the photo. Existing cornices have moved away from the wall.

Need someone who has experience in repairing walk with salt damp. The bottom of the wall crumbles when touched. Need the bottom section re plastered, sanded and painted. It is across most of the length of the wall but has not increased in many years

Need ceiling fan (with light) installed in bedroom. There is currently a light fitting in that spot.

Install 4 x 2.4m curtain rods. Will take 2 hours max. Ladder required. Must have experience doing this task and have their own tools and ladder.

Assemble home gym Sumo Strength power rack
