Then fixing panel aligned with other panels to the right. It will be easier when you see the job. Ladder provided if needed. Please work quietly as is my elderly mum's house and do not be bothered by nosy and unfriendly tenants renting next door. Just focus on the job and u can not go on their property. You might want a quick look first and if different screws or bracket is needed I can purchase ready for installing. The panel is quite long so when fixing you can temp use a screw to hang one side to make it easier when securing the other side . You can work it out, an old man attached the three panels to the right on his own in a few hours. Just to be clear the panel is to be installed inside the black gate to the left towards the inside gate.

Screen Aluminum door needs replacing

I have a mirrored shaving cabinet with underside shelf that I need installed. It weighs about 30kgs. The wall is tiled, with the right hand side being brick under the tiles, and the left hand side plasterboard (there was a doorway there that was filled in). A stud finder capable of finding the studs through the tile will help. There is 4 hanging brackets on the back of the cabinet. The power point that is on the wall is to go inside the shelf. I can help with the actual lifting of the cabinet onto the wall. I think the wall plugs supplied will be OK for the brick side of the wall, but I'm not sure about the plasterboard side. Something more heavy duty might be necessary if the stud can't be used.

Tasks include: Some interior painting, mostly trims (almost all prep work has been done) Install curtain rods Install a single piece of cement board to replace a damaged panel to the exterior side Very Light sand of polished concrete floor to prep for new polish Plenty of other things to do, depending on how keen you are. I’m looking for an hourly rate and someone willing to do at least 6 hours work on Saturday which is what I’ve based the $250 price on. I’m currently interstate so don’t have photos. Garden shed assembly and constrain to the ground

Leaks need to be sealed, some coming through the plasterboard and carpet. Damaged timber needs to be replaced as seen in photo. Once sealed need to be rechecked for leaks to ensure its leak proof. Give the gutter a clean out too. You might need to knock on neighbors door around the block and get permission to access some leaks to the side of garage.

The door is jammed and won't move. Possibly needs a new track, can pay for if required. The track is very old and rusted, also needs to be concrete into place.

I need to install a new shower screen in my new Bathroom.
