1. Few tiles in 1st floor have popped up. Need retiling 2. 2- 3 of them have broken and twisted . Need to change . I have got same tiles that can be used The house is a duplex and the neighbours mentioned that they had a similar issue few years back due to the temperature difference between inside and outside. There is no water around that area
Xinhua did a great job with replacing the popped up tiles . He is very good in tiling , he replaced all the tiles including the broken work , cleaned the area and reset the tiles using grout and silicone. It was very difficult job and he did each step very nicely and patiently. He also understood my concern and worked to make the best solution.
