I burned my bathroom counter top with iron curler. It has turned colour bubbled up and shows cracks..see photo. Is this fixable and how much would be the cost?

Needing few things done in my unit, hoping someone can help 1. I have two large prints need hanging. Both weigh approximately 10kg each, so will need reinforcing, or appropriate materials for them to be hung. 2. Easy one, just have a large canvas print that needs hanging (sorry don't have a leveller and it would be a disaster lol) 3. Have two small pieces of my bottom cornices that need to be repaired (installed/replaced). They got removed when I got my shutters removed.

I have a tow ball that has the nut rusted onto the bolt. The ball is loose - there is some play between the towbar tongue and the nut. This task will likely require an angle grinder to cut through the bolt shaft of the towball so that I can remove the rusty bolt and replace it with a new tow ball

Three blinds to be installed. Items purchased. One in kitchen behind sink. Biggest one in bedroom upstairs and small one in stairwell. Will need to use ladder to access on flat landing.
