Upon arrival, the assigned Airtasker is required to contact us by phone. During this call, we will guide them through the troubleshooting process, with the likely issue being a malfunctioning head motor that may require replacement. The necessary replacement parts will be dispatched directly to our client for resolution. The time on the job will be approximately 30 mins Tools required - A handyman must have his own tools (Allen keys and shifters)

Task-1: To investigate and fix very mild water leaking at the bottom of the Kitchen Cabinet - below the sink area. Sealent will help fix but tasker needs to assess the issue and fix. Task-2: Wardrobe track - came out - need to re-fix. Currently fixed with two screws on either side. But track has 3 screws on each side (so holding is not strong currently). Task-3 The balcony area has water drainer outlet, but because the floor surface is slanting one, the water goes and stagnates near the pole area (to provide some remedy to stop the rusting of metal revits on the wooden piller providing support to the balcony shelter). Your fix/soultion need to stop the metal cover rusting (Long Term solution). See pictures.

I need these 2 legs of a roof rack remade current ones are rusty but you can use them as a template. Measurements are on the photos. The 2 bends are greater than 90 degrees. I don't mind if you use pre-bent pipes as long as the dimension are right and it's strong. The critical dimension is the 47mm one than needs to slot into another section. Install a magnalatch self closing hinge and lock system on an existing gate. I’ll supply the magnalatch equipment, just need it properly installed on existing gate.
