Repair up a damaged kerbside

My bathroom steel door frame is ancient and has a large rust hole in it.

I need to get the bottom part of my blind repaired please and need to match up the colour. Measurements for the whole blind is 179cm height and 60cms width, but approximately 10 of the slats need replacing as well as the string for the bottom (chewed by a dog). The bottom two slats are still attached and not ruined it's the 10 above that. They were from Bunnings 8 years ago but they no longer stock the type of blind/colour nor did they write the colour name on my form therefore I don't have a name but it's a light oak colour if that helps. - Due date: Flexible

I need the gutter of my new home to be repaired or replaced. It was damaged by a delivery driver. The truck door put a dent in it. I need quotes to get him paying for the repair ASAP.
