S23 ultra screen is cracked

I have a automatic roller shutter that has stopped working and it is stuck open. I have had electrician come out and have a look he said that there is power to it but he's not sure about the motor. I need someone to come and open the man hole and override the roller shutter so we can close it for the night for security and also have a look at the motor.

Dog chewed through power chord for water heater. I think the easiest thing would be to strip what is left of the chord and soulder/connect a head to it to avoid having to soulder and reconnect all the interal points but I'm open to hear suggestions. Repair will need to be watertight/proof as the heater sits outside.

I need someone to install a wall hung clothesline, cut a hole in my door and install a doggy door, and cut a hole in my laundry sink for my washing machine water line to feed through.
