Handyman to repair missing / broken section to door jamb and trim, refer photos.

Install a new Door Jam into a new stud wall. The old jam is gone as is the old wall. The new wall has the last stud loosely fitted (not nailed) to allow for perfect fitting of the new door frame. All timber is on site. The new door jam will need hinge fittings chiselled out to fit the old door. The old door - in near new condition needs to be rehung int the new door jam.

A double internal door, ply hollow painted white. One door with handle is complete and not broken. The matching connecting door that locks via a small bolt at the top of the door frame has cracked and broken at the top. Looking for someone to sand, glue and repair the door and then paint white matching other door.

Remove mat from large oval springfree trampoline and replace with a new mat.

The build is due to be complete around March. Check measure needs to happen very soon so the cabinetry can be produced. The cabinetry will be made in China by a reputable factory. Installation will be around March.

We are leaving our rental and have a few things we need to fix up before we go. A small hole in the wall needs patching up, a large kitchen drawer needs fixing, minor paint touch ups on walls to cover marks . We also need to tame the garden as an optional extra - no mowing or whipper snipping mainly just tidying a few garden beds and weeding.

I have 4 Lockwood parallel arms to be put on. To attach the arms to the frame a small piece will need to be chiselled to create a flat surface in the ornamental routed frame. See pics.

The existing kitchen pantry sliding door will not close - there’s an issue with the runners in that they need replacing or realigning so the door can open and close. Access in the cupboard is an issue so will require some degree of rework.
