I require a multi-tasked handy person with skills in a variety of areas - versatile. The type of property maintenance I need help with is not only ongoing but requires a level of "thinking outside the box". I have ideas, hoping you can transform them into reality. Some work, I can do myself, however I have become bogged down with work commitments. Consequently, I need your help. List-: 1) can you help unblock an outside downpipe (1 storey height) - I would do it myself, but I do not have an extended ladder! Overflows whenever there is a HUGE storm. 2) Water blast - concrete in garage + patio + side of house - scrub to remove blemishes; lower level of house to prepare for painting; brick wall beside pool - prepare for painting 3) Replace innards of toilet cistern - (plumbing experience - entry valve unit & float overflow etc) - I have the parts. 4) assist in knocking nails/screws into wooden panels (front door + wooden seat) - couldn't finish this job due to lack of necessary tools. 5) catio - measure area H = 2m, L= 10+/-5m, W=1.8m - assist attaching netting from house (rendered) to fenceline width + 1.8m; this will extend along the side of house (length 10+/-5m) at the height of 2m - NB equipment purchased as necessary. 6) the list goes on..............are you willing & capable?? There is no urgency, and this work can be done piecemeal (if this is a sideliner) & pay an hourly rate.

The shower screen has come off (3 separate glass panels) and I need it put back on please. Standard size shower. All the parts should be there but if you need to get something else I will of course reimburse. Due to health reasons mornings aren't good and between 12- 2pm is best for me. Thank you.

There are 3 curtain rods that need to be fixed to gyprock/plaster wall. The curtain rods and brackets supplied just require you to bring your tools to install.

The frameless glass shower screen needs re-adjusting as it has slipped down 15mm, and nolonger opens out ( it still opens inwards) . I would like an experienced frameless shower screen door installer to fix it as it’s not as easy as you think. I think it will require 2 people. Thank you.

2 Gates have come off hinges need metal screws to put gate back up and on to pole and hinge I have screws but u may need hinges or just fix what’s here

Replace 2 hinges on small gate and replace and install fibro board . I have hinges and board.

This was installed by a Handy Man. It needs to be filled out more because the tongue of the lock barely sits in the hole.
