I need an experienced handyman to repair a leaking gutter corner on my house. The corner was damaged by a fallen branch and requires the following fixes: • Install 2 new gutter holders for proper support. • Apply silicone sealant to seal the leaking corner. I already have a ladder that can reach the gutter, which is approximately 6-7 meters high. If you have your own tools and silicone, that’s a plus, but let me know if I need to provide any materials. Soundchek plasterboard to be installed in ceiling in downstairs bedroom. Approximately 24sqm in size. There is only a single layer floorboard separating the upstairs and downstairs, so we require insulation to be installed at the same time for noise suppression. There are rafters to which the plasterboard would attach, as well as a structural beam - see photo. It might require 5 or 6 Soundcheck boards for the job. Recommendations on the type of insulation would also be appreciated. Ideally we'd like to go for the most natural insulation, however we also realise that there may be limitations due to high humidity where we live.
