5 roller blinds on 3 large windows need installing, 3 are single & 2 are dual. Various size see pictures 1 x 240 width & 240 drop - single (blackout) 2 x 120 width & 240 drop - single (blackout) 2 x 150 width & 240 drop - dual (sheer & blackout) Possibly removal of old blinds & brackets as well. Weekends ok, weeks possibly during day (depends on day) but evening definitely home.

Along with the new screen I need a cat door installed into the screen in order to reduce the likelihood it will happen again. I have most things needed in order to complete the job:- New screen, spline roller and ‘Petsafe’ Pet Screen Door. We will remove the exisiting trough and help you move the washer and dryer. See attached photos for the ikea plan and the items included. It’s a very basic laundry with 3 cabinets and a benchtop. Wanting to install 2 floating shelves on this wall. No visible brackets. Preferably in a wood finish. Not sure if the shelves can go all the way wall to wall but think it will look best that way. Please see photos for inspiration. The width of the wall is approx 2.2 metres. I don’t plan to out anything heavy on the shelves, just a few light items. It’s really just for aesthetics. All the rain and wind seems to have exposed a leak between my balcony door and doorframe. I have managed to fix the gap inside the room where the water was coming in but still need to find the outside leak as there is water leaking through the lock hole drilled into the doorframe. The balcony is a small Juliet balcony but will fit a ladder. I have attached photos as best as I could take them. I can work from home most days so have some flexibility.

Supply and install 2 floating shelves in study nook across wall above workstation. No brackets. Approximately 2.3 metres long. Timber look shelves preferred. Please note the shelves won’t be used for storage so won’t be putting anything heavy on them. Just a few light decorative items. Nothing heavy. Please see photos of what I’m after.
