We want cabinetry made in the gap (see images below) for some extra storage next to our dryer and washing machine. Ideally we want this to be a built-in structure. The plumbing and fittings are in awkward spots (see images below). We still want access to the drain pipe and power plugs at the back. The pipes on the floor we would like hidden and covered at the front so you can't see it. We don't want to block the ceiling fan with cabinetry to allow moisture and heat can still escape. Measurements of the space are in the attached images. We want the shelves to be adjustable.
