Carpenter needed for 2 tasks: 1. Shortern the current cabinet above Fridge about half size.(See pictures) 2. Fixing squeaky floor before new carpet. We're putting new carpet for our house, the old carpet has been removed. But spot numbers of areas that make squeaky creaky noise. This needs to be reduced before the new carpet in place. Tv unit cupboard drawer won’t sit closed. Screw needs tightening. Bring ladder or tall step ladder to put light bulbs in light fittings and test fire alarm. Please bring variety of light fittings as I can’t see what format they take. I like a softer style light rather than stark white light please though still high visibility. Tighten back of door handle. Tweak hinge of one door so it shuts properly. we are renovating upstairs and need 8 new internal doors fitted. they are all brand new fitting to existing door frames. We have a ceiling fan with a light built into it and couple of months ago when I change the lightbulb I knew I broke something in the arm and thought to myself that I would not be able to change this lightbulb again and correct this morning. Install my new weather station on top of a relatively high roof to an existing aerial pole on home roof. The pole will need to be lowered slightly (can be done by adjustable bolt accessed from carport roof) and the aerial lowered to accommodate the station that needs to sit on top of the pole. The pole needs to be levelled correctly for the station to operate correctly (looks relatively level now already).

I need someone to install 5 x curtain rods. 3 will be drilled into timber cladding and 2 will be drilled into gyprock (so will need to be able to locate the beams to hold the weight). Installer will need to supply own tools but I have the rods and screws etc.
