I attempted to change the toilet seat in my rental and only managed to get half the job done because i couldnt remove the "holder" for the old one I have a new seat, and "holders" for that (no idea what these things are really called!). on the photos, the metal holder is for the old seat (which has been binned), and the plastic one for the new seat. I have the other one of each still. I need someone who knows what they are doing to please help me finish this !

The door is currently difficult to slide and may be off-track due to worn or damaged rollers. - Inspect existing rollers on the fly screen door. - Remove the screen door from the track if necessary. - Replace worn, broken, or seized rollers. - Adjust roller height and alignment to ensure smooth sliding. - Clean the door track and apply lubrication if needed. - Reinstall and test the door to ensure proper operation.

Large aluminium fixed window where upper and lower sections are separated by a wooden panel which needs replacing . This panel cannot b removed without removing one of the window sections. The first photo shows the panel that needs replacing, the second is detail from inside showing the RHS end of the panel.

Also we have a stationery room that the walls need to be cut in half and made into a reception area with a desk built in.
