2 bathroom doors need door handles replaced Small outdoor deck roof that sits over doorway needs a coat of paint.

Bathroom ceiling water damaged and needs half the ceiling resheeted. Bathroom is 2300mm wide and one sheet at 1.2m wide by 2.4m would suffice. Need old ceiling cut out, removed and disposed of. New ceiling installed to match existing. Set and sanded ready for us to paint.

Sliding door is not closing properly. There is a gap. It looks like that it has fallen off a hinge of some sort at the top and is slanting - this leaves a gap when closed to dog door and if dog door is removed.

We need a hand to block the light that is coming through from some windows in a bedroom that we use as an office. Please see the photos attached. We have purchased the blackout fabric that comes with circles to stick it to the window. - Door currently hinged on left hand side of laundry access and opens inwards - Need to change to hinged on Right hand side and swinging inwards: Hence job details -Transfer the Hinge Locations and deadbolt to the Opposite Side of the Door Jam - Fill the Old Holes for hinge and deadbolt - Drill out new holes for the latch and the deadbolt and hang door. Note please all hinges, screws, door provided - just labour.
