38m2 of old cracked and uneven carport base to be dug up and disposed of. pour new cement to come up to existing, ramp up from drive for easier parking and small cement ramp up to under house to be replaced. (last picture). Sewer & greywater pipes run underneath to bio system. The slab the car is parked on is a newer slab with only a couple of thin cracks, and not as bad as the rest so this can be left. Will possibly grind it all and cover with epoxy at a later date. Once dug up could possibly need some pipe repair so possibility of dig up one day and replace another
