Re-hang a bi-fold door to bathroom.

I need 3 ceiling fans installed. I currently have lights in the rooms as shown in the pics and I want to replace these with fans. I have purchased the fans from Beacon Lighting. I’d like them installed in the next week if possible. Obviously must be a licensed electrician.

We have a double garage that requires restoration - galvanized iron sheets removed and replaced with new ones on sides, roof and tilt door. Need hooks that were used for hanging fairy lights to be removed and patched up. Also need security door removed from front so just main door remaining. Airtasker will need to bring own ladder and it will need to be able to reach the high frontage.
