Need to repair an eave on the upper level exterior of my home. Need to replace the damaged section; identify any damage from rot; install new eave boards, fascia, or soffits as needed; seal/caulk gaps, apply weatherproofing, and repaint to cleanly match the existing structure. Need to provide own tools and materials

Need to replace the right-side quarter panel and right-side mirror ( whole mirror) on the Ford Territory. I already have the parts, just need to get them fixed.

Repair and paint roof plasterboard, fix 4 downlights.

I'd like to have two external doors' (both connected to the garage) door stops replaced - AFAICS both are wooden doors, with plasterboard walls. At the moment as you can see from the photos, are the very cheap and basic ones. I'd like to replace them with the magnetic one shown in the photo, the magnetic doorstops are provided. Separately (not part of this estimation), I have a small hole in an interior wall that I'd like to be patched, if you can do it let's estimate when you're onsite (the hole is now slightly larger than in the photo) - so this wall patch job is not part of this posting.

Sofa stitches are coming off and need to be fixed

The awning is already assembled. The anchors and screws already been drilled and secured using ramset chemical. Problem:- The distance of the screws to each end is off by 2cm. As per the picture these screws needs to be 2cm to the right. The left side is already installed. Job:- 1) Remove the screw protrusion (as per picture). 2) Drill and install 2-screws 2cm to the right of current location. (This is in essence sort of moving the screws 2cm to the right) 3) Install the (Instahut) motorised awning (already assembled). Install a clothes line to a brick wall (see pictures). Will require brackets to be mounted to a brick wall (4 holes to be drilled)

I have a patio sliding door that is getting stuck and not rolling properly. Likely that the rollers are worn, and/or some issue with the track. Looking for someone that can service the door! I have a rare day off on Tuesday 3rd December, so ideally looking for someone between 9am and 2pm.

1. Carport ceiling needs repair. Supply and fix plaster sheets and cornices. Ready for painting. Measurements are 5.8m x 1.2m 2. Repair small hole in the wall. 3. Repair 6 holes in ceiling where down lights removed. 4. Apply plaster around kitchen rangehood to fill gaps in cornice 5. Repair kitchen roof where kitchen light removed.
