25 years old grouting starting to come off needs redoing in places

Building a cafe in Warrandyte and my I need an extra set of hands tomorrow to help me from roughly 10am - 4pm (maybe a touch later) to get some final things done. Need to: - Wall mount some stainless shelves - Fix the back door (needs some shaved off it) - Build a small wall for the end for the coffeee bar so we can attach napkin/soap dispensers for hand wash basin. There's a few other tasks that need doing but will advise on site once progress is made.

The gate hinges need to self close from any position but doesn’t and is also out of alignment. Hoping it’s a bike to fix on current hinges but might need replacing if it can’t. It is cylindrical metal post to glass hinge.

Handyman needed to help with the following; - changing various lights (LED down lights), outdoor sensor light - very high ceilings so would need double ladder! - change door handle to one with lock on bedroom door - Toilet not flushing (unsure if needs plumber or not) - Secure toilet roll holder to wall

I am needing some support to install a pet door. All that needs to be done is a glass panel removed from the door and the pet door put in place. The measurements are 25x 41cm. Happy to purchase the pet door myself just need help with installation please. Experience necessary with glass window/panel removal as it is a rental.

Please refer to attached pics of my deck. The deck dimensions are 6800 (L) x 3800 (W). The deck needs to be prepared for ceramic tiling onto blueboard so that under deck storage is dry. This is what is required for this job: (1) punch down all lifted deck nails (refer pic). (2) lay Blueboard only on deck surface using silicon adhesive and blueboard sheet tacs, NOTE: The blueboard needs to be raised at house brick wall and laid with a small tilt towards wire balustrade to ensure water runoff (refer pic). You will need to supply blueboard. I will supply silicon adhesive and deck nails.

We need a total of 44.5m2 of James Hardie AXON cladding added to under our house. This includes enclosing underneath a deck area (See photos). I have attached detailed drawings showing dimensions etc. To complete our job you will need to supply: - Your own tools (Including saw with blade for cutting cement sheets) - All fixings (Screws or nails) - James Hardie approved sealant for between sheets (I have one tube here) - James Hardie Aluminum external and internal corners to join sheets at corners - Pine framing material to support behind cladding (These can be fixed to existing steel posts and you may need additional supports every 400mm in between) Some can be normal framing pine, under deck needs to be Treated pine. I will supply: - Unlimited coffee's from our coffee machine - All cladding sheets (See photo - they are 1200x3000 sheets) - A six pack of your choice when you finish the job
