Our back laundry door flew almost off the hinges in windy weather and needs fixing. It’s a glass door. It’s hanging by one hinge. We have ut propped up with with a plank of wood to keep it closed as best it can be. See pics. Also needs bathroom siding door fixed back on the rails properly as it gets stuck. Located Warrnambool.

We have 2 mobile air conditioners on site, but we need someone local to pop the flexible duct into the ceiling. All that is involved is slide the foam ceiling tile aside and stuff a bit of ducting into the ceiling cavity. Requires almost no skill and everything is on site already. Although a step ladder might be handy (not certain if there's one on site). Should not take more than 30-45 mins total.
