I already have the fan space in the ceiling but need a new plug base in the ceiling for the fan. Most likely will need to be extended from existing lights in the ceiling as there is no seperate switch.

The blind chain broke after it got stuck, and when I applied some pressure to release the jammed section, the chain snapped. I removed the blind off its bracket hooks to inspect the issue, but after unscrewing the connector side, I wasn’t able to reattach it. A piece that needs to be secured from the inside of the pipe by the screw that came loose, and there's one piece thats stuck in the pipe thats preventing me from screwing it back on. Ive attached an image to show you the type of connecter the blind has - everything is intact except for the blind chain (2.5M in length)

Installing 2 floating shelves

I had a wooden pergola in my balcony ( ground floor of the apartment） Due to the heavy rain, wooden pergola parts fell apart due to the rain. Need a repair and currently wooden pergola did not feel apart because of the support with the shelf on one end. (Picture attached)

I need 2 x flyscreen sliding screens made and fitted for balcony doors. Door opening size 2500 x 1090 and 2500 x 890. Should be easy install on inside frame but rolldown blinds will needed to be moved out to allow for screen door depth.

Three things are needed: 1. Install 2 sets of blinds and 1 set of curtains / blinds on each of 3 windows. I am not great with these so need someone with experience on resizing curtains / blinds or getting the right sizes (Rockdale Bunnings is just 10 mins drive away) 2. Bathroom cabinets need new hinges - you would need to come and have a look and see the former hinges (which have now rusted out), also a silicon plug could be good to insert 3. Install a shower door seal in the bathroom I will pay for the materials. Experienced handymen / builders only please.

The air-conditioning technician had to make some holes in order to install. 3 Ceiling holes • 1 x less than A4 paper size hole • 2 x larger than A4 paper size hole 1 Wall hole • 1 x iPhone size hole I still have some of the leftover gyprock when the technician cut them out.
