Curtain railing about 7 years old, pulled curtain too hard and coming off the side see pic below. Can help with drilling and fixing a new one into the hole.

The base of a fairly large timber window frame has been eaten away by white ants (old damage). I need the damaged timber replaced.

Ceiling fan can only run on low or medium speed. Fan wobbles and is noisy on high speed - concerned it is going to break. Fan is installed into ornate ceiling, the fixing of the fan into this ceiling seems to be the issue
