Fridge is not cooling but the freezer is working, we got this fridge almost 2 weeks ago but the fridge is no longer cooling. The previous fridge was running ok for a week before it tripped the power and what we believe to be the compressor, stopped working. This caused the outlet to stop working and the fridge/freezer to not cool at all. We've put the new fridge into a different outlet, we are not sure if it has stopped working due to wiring damage in the wall or it being a faulty fridge. We bought both fridges from marketplace but they were from a fridge reseller with various good reviews and both fridges did work perfectly initially. Can you diagnose/fix the problem? Be it a faulty outlet or faulty fridge? Do we need a multimeter to access the voltage of the outlet and if it can handle that of the fridge?

My commercial vertical freezer won't cool down properly. The con. fan not running. Now I've been trying to cool down by using external fan and the temp is coming down at the moment.

Hydronic panel leaking / needs fixing.

My Daikin ducted aircon needs fixing as on Boxing Day it started blowing warm air and shows error code JA (high pressure sensor malfunction). Important to note that the unit is on the roof of a 2 storey house.

Use ladder to reach ceiling cooling vents in four rooms and open/close as we need. Should be a quick job. Own tall ladder required

Internal unit in bedroom is not working despite going through the troubleshooting steps including the obvious one of cleaning filters. It has to be the inside unit as the other units both upstairs and downstairs are working fine and there are only two external units on the rooftop (I assume one for each floor). I’m renting the apartment but as this falls under urgent repairs that a tenant can have done and be reimbursed for, I’m posting a task here. Given the weather forecast over Christmas and Boxing Day it’s especially urgent. I have no idea as to how much to offer for a job like this on Christmas Eve so will look at all offers and have also contacted some emergency repairers for availability and quotes Priority will be given to people who can come in the morning.
