I have a central ducted gas heating system in my apartment that is in very good condition, but hasn’t been used for a couple of years. I need a licensed plumber who can service it, as I plan on using it this winter.

I have an old Wonder-Heat 800 (Forced air gas furnace) that is no longer in use and has been disconnected from the gas. I’d like quotes to have this removed and made safe.

The AC stopped cooling and need it sorted

My house has an old split system air con. Brand is “Global Air”. I have cleaned the filter of the in the air con unit but temperature is still not cold. The system was in the house when I moved in 3 years ago and appears to be >10 years old. It has probably not been serviced for a long time and refrigerant may need refilling. No obvious damage to internal or external unit. Seeking tradesperson to diagnose and fix problem. Not interested in buying a new a/c as I have alternative heating in the house and only need the a/c for a few hot days a year. I would like someone who carries parts and can plan to fix it at the first visit.

Our under bench fridge is not cooling as normal.

Fridge is not cooling but the freezer is working, we got this fridge almost 2 weeks ago but the fridge is no longer cooling. The previous fridge was running ok for a week before it tripped the power and what we believe to be the compressor, stopped working. This caused the outlet to stop working and the fridge/freezer to not cool at all. We've put the new fridge into a different outlet, we are not sure if it has stopped working due to wiring damage in the wall or it being a faulty fridge. We bought both fridges from marketplace but they were from a fridge reseller with various good reviews and both fridges did work perfectly initially. Can you diagnose/fix the problem? Be it a faulty outlet or faulty fridge? Do we need a multimeter to access the voltage of the outlet and if it can handle that of the fridge?

My commercial vertical freezer won't cool down properly. The con. fan not running. Now I've been trying to cool down by using external fan and the temp is coming down at the moment.
