Basil is very polite, respectful & friendly. The job took 2 hours in total The hedging was great & he moved the clippings to the geen bin. Thank You. The actual patio clean I am a little disappointed with. I appreciate the tiles were marked & we tried to get stains off & this was not possible. However I feel a little more care could have been taken in the final presentation. I went out afterwards & had to sweep the patio to remove bits of grass / leaves etc that remained. During this I noticed grass etc had sprayed up onto the walls & was not cleaned off. The hanging egg chair was not moved for cleaning tiles below or behind. And also behind the lounge although it had been cleaned it still had dirt etc left. Basil had mentioned he had a big day & still had a job to go to so I feel he may have been pushed for time. I am still giving him a 4 Star for the benefit of the doubt that today was a long friday!
