Very inexperienced, can’t make his own decisions so any question needed a phone call to ask for permission. Got to property very late without communicating and rushed because he was late for another job. Not much attention to detail and pretty much just did the bare minimum. I advise if you’re meeting new customers and working with them for the first time to make a better impression so that we call you again and you get frequent business.
