The bathroom tap is leaking, so I want to replace it with a new one. I found the main hot water but the valve handle is broken and I can't turn off the water.

Once the water gets hot it’s continue going out from relief valve. There is pipe tap next to hot water system and hot water coming from there .

There's no hot water in one of our shower taps. But this is not always the case, every once in a while - it magically starts working again. We can't figure out what it is. This is only a problem for this shower. Hot water works fine everywhere else in the house, including the sink in the same bathroom. This needs fixing.
