House is approximately 15 years old and needs to be repainted.

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, lounge, dining, kitchen, hallway. (The entire inside of the house). Single level Ceiling, Walls, doors, windows, trims. Also a set of French doors that are currently timber need to be painted inside and outside. Walls are VJ (Verticle Joins), as are the Ceilings. The ceilings are higher as it’s a qlder cottage. Probably best suited to being sprayed. House is mostly empty bar a few desks. Paint supplied. Walls going to grey white from a colonial yellowish beige.

Spray paint the house white. Will pay for the paint from Bunnings. Using a spray gun is usually pretty quick compared to using a roller.

Small painting touch up job to living room and kitchen ceiling. No fuss needed as going to knock down next year. Paint is available.
