Roof is good condition except minor issues because of age as per Property inspection report carried out last week November 2024. Roof minor restoration and paint including eves,gutters ,Gavle, Down pipes, Front door and front 2 small posts and metal sliding doors as per photo. Outdoor paint will be like for like colors.
