Paint inside my house professionally

Paint one aspect of second storey of my house. Roughly 8sqm of surface to be painted. Limited preparation required as the house was freshly painted 2 years ago. Just add 2-3 coats of a new colour. Paint to be provided.

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.
