Find an experienced house painter in Melbourne

I’m looking for someone to paint the front of my house (below the verandah roof only). It’s already had one coat put on and needs a second coat approx 8m x 4m + woodwork (will need 2 coats). Plaster work is recently repaired. Also the picket fence (will need 2 coats + undercoat/third coat). New fence

Paint the wood part of my house (second storey), under the eves, and wood part under my outdoor patio. 2 coats.

Seeking an experienced painter to paint the following items. • 7 Window Sashes – measuring approx. 0.50m x 2.0m • 1 Single Lite Door – measuring approx. 2.0m x 0.80m • 1 Front Door – measuring approx. 2.3m x 0.80m • Front of house – measuring approx. 4.0m x 6.0m • Rear of house - measuring approx. 4.0m x 6.0m Please note that all measurements are approximate and do not equate to surface area. The window sashes and lite door are KD hardwood while the house is rendered concrete blocks. The front of the house has some minor stairstep settlement cracks that will need filling and sealing before being painted. The main reason for the front and rear of house painting is to remediate these cracks. I have also highlighted some light fixtures that have been recently replaced and left gaps from the previous render and paint. Five window sashes will require scaffolding for safe access, as well as the upper parts of the front and rear of the house. There is ample room for scaffolding in the front and rear. I am happy to facilitate site inspections to help firm up quotes and timelines. I have also included as many pictures as possible if a site inspection is not possible. Paint will be supplied with the successful taskser.

I need exterior front and rear of house painted. You will need to repair marks in render and remove old anchor bolts. You will need your own scaffold (max length 2.8 meters) Paint includes house and small side walls as well as window frames. Some sanding will be required in window frames. I will buy the paint.

Hi I need the walls of a warehouse spray painted. A jack will need to be hire as the walls are just under 5 metres high . Price needs the include paint and everything. Ideally start on the 15th of October or that week. It’s the 3 walls as seen in the photos and floor plan

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.
