Want to paint the external second and third level weatherboards on a townhouse

Hi I need the walls of a warehouse spray painted. A jack will need to be hire as the walls are just under 5 metres high . Price needs the include paint and everything. Ideally start on the 15th of October or that week. It’s the 3 walls as seen in the photos and floor plan

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.

Moving out of a rental and need help with: - surface repair of old wooden floorboard (small crack, just need to cover somehow- floorboards have lots of scratches etc just have one noticeable crack that needs covering) - patches on walls from 3M “no damage” sticky hooks- cover and paint (white) x 3 - patch and paint wall from baby gate adhesive damage - cover small crack in kitchen tile (surface level needed only) - top up paint (black) around fireplace - possibly a few other small jobs and paint top ups To complete Monday or Wednesday next week ideally. I need one large open plan room with very high ceilings painted (walls will also need to be wipped down). I need one bedroom painted (it is one a mezzanine level)(walls will also need ot be wiped down). I am doing most of the work (doors and other areas), but am running out of time to do it all. I have paint. But you will likely need an extension pole for a roller. as per plan, this is the living/dining area on 1st floor.. and bedroom on second level
