I have attached a house plan for room size guide, ceilings are 2.8m high, except for stairway (I’ve attached a photo for reference). I’ve also attached photo of cove moulding, skirting, pillars, widows and door for reference. Window frame it’s self is to remain black but trim around edge is to be painted.

I have a house in Sellicks Hill that I just bought and want to quickly renovate before renting it out. It needs plastering in multiple places and then at least two (maybe 3?) coats of white paint on all walls and roof. Photos attached to give an idea of the house, plus floor plan.
