Sanding painting 3 wooden window frames

I have a house in Sellicks Hill that I just bought and want to quickly renovate before renting it out. It needs plastering in multiple places and then at least two (maybe 3?) coats of white paint on all walls and roof. Photos attached to give an idea of the house, plus floor plan. Not sure on price, put $1,111 as a place holder. Please quote including paint, travel etc. Can arrange a time to inspect the property to make a more accurate quote.

Usual painter has had to cancel. Painting of walls in a small community centre in Sturt. All materials and instruction provided on site. Rate can be negotiated - possibly 2 days work.

We've had some new skylights installed but the fresh paint around them doesnt match the old ceiling - need the lot redone so it matches up again. Just plain ceiling white is fine - its about 100sqm at a guess. Not sure what the right budget is - happy to get quotes.
