Looking for an experienced painter to paint the interior of house in prep for sale. Work will require removing timber above windows for curtain rod and patching up, patching up damage in spare bedroom wall, internal cracks, cornices and skirting boards. Work will also require finishing wardrobes in a semi-gloss finish (3 bedrooms) and in kitchen. work also requires to repair and repaint window frames which have rusted. Job also includes repainting metal baulstrades which have chipped paint and rust. These are found above the garage, along two sets of stairs to the main property. Also will be posting an additional job for sanding and polishing floorboards and painting bathroom tiles (floor, wall and shower), bathtub and kitchen splashback tiles.

We are moving into a rental that needs a good lick of paint. The house is smallish but three bedrooms plus a study. The bedrooms, plus kitchen/dining, living room and hallway need to be painted.
