Living room walls to be cleaned from drawings/ paint marks.

Fresh coat of varnish on gate and the exterior of 3 timber doors Varnish supplied but not brushes etc

Paint bathroom ceiling Ceiling has been mould treated and lightly sanded. Just needs a fresh coat of paint (paint supplied but not brushes etc)

Need a few caulking jobs done: 1. Caulk around newly installed plantation shutters. 8 windows total of mixed sizes, most are small. Colour to be white. 2. Caulk around two newly installed bathroom vanities (one small, one medium). Colour along some lengths will be white to match wall tiles, others will need to be light grey to match floor tiles. 3. Caulk one length of benchtop along cabinet panel. Length is approximately 50cm. Colour to be very light grey to match existing caulk around other parts of benchtop. Might be some other small caulking jobs as well, but can discuss on day. Will upload pics tomorrow.

Previous owners have done some dodgy repair work where plaster patches have been done but not sanded back before painting and other patches need to be sanded and possible redone. There is also a small piece of cornice to install. I want the end result to be a smooth and completed ceiling. I do have plaster items and cornice on site. I also do have binder/sealer for plaster patches, undercoat and top coat. Please advise if your quote is just for plaster repair or for painting as well. Measurements are approx 3600x4100. I’ve added some images as per some airtasker requests. Very difficult to take photos of every single problem

Some mould on ceiling needs proper repair

Need someone to patch and paint over hole in wall, (not painting the entire wall).

We have a small section of ceiling, probably no more than 2.5m x 1m that last year was replaced as part of a fireplace flue installation. At the time we painted it using the incorrect sheen paint, which has left the repair obvious and 'glossy' compared to the remainder of the ceiling. We've purchased 1L of ceiling flat, tinted to the correct colour, but are looking for an experienced painter who has the tools to paint this part of the ceiling. This area of the ceiling is 4.05m off the floor and is on a raked angle. We're happy to provide drop sheets to prevent drip marks on the fireplace and hearth too. Thanks

Paint two walls and a ceiling. Please see the photo attached for the sizes. One wall has a long crack that needs to be fixed I can supply the paint.

Wall has been used to hold up shelves and now need it completely returned to original condition. Current black Mount can be removed by ourselves, we just need holes to be patched and need just 1 coat of paint to cover.

The wall is approximately in the size of 2.5m x 3 m. Ceiling is high and is next to the staircase. Potentially other areas as well depends ( exterior etc).

My puppy has chewed through some wood on the skirting board and in the stairwell ( 2 spots need fixing). I am needing someone to bring them back to their original condition. I don’t have the exact paint colour.
