The WiFi dongle is under Vodafone, and we have recharged it and also contacted Vodafone, but they said it should be working correctly. Internet is down. Either faulty NBN device. Or Router has died. Or possible (but unlikely) cable issue. Step 1: Plug in a laptop directly into NBN device to make sure internet working. Possibly NBN device needs to be reset. Step 2: Check and see if router (TP-Link) is working okay. There is a slight chance it needs to be replaced. There should be a replacement router at location, but if you have a spare one in case, that would be helpful.

Assist setting up modem (ASUS ZenWIFI XD5) in order to connect to internet. We have spoken to both the ASUS support line and Superloop (our internet provider) but neither have been able to solve the issue. Looking for someone tech savvy.

My Internet has stopped working and it's due to the modem. I think it's either the wireless PPPoE has been changed and now not working after changing back to the original PPPoE or the wires have been altered and not working anymore. Give me an offer if interested.

I’m having an issue since I moved in my apartment where I cant get to connect internet at my premises. NBN is fine according to my provided Vodafone , internet provider said the problem is on the MDF “open circuit” that is not transferring to my apartment. Landlord has already previously connected to nbn to the apartment. Need it done next Friday as you will need the building manager to give you the access to the room. This needs to be done between 8 am and 10am.
