I HAVE an acer laptop, and after doing all the necessary things to make sure it will receive the internet service, it keeps saying...can't connect, but will do so if I plug in the cable. Which leads me to think l have a hardware problem.

Our internet is dropping in and out and our sonos has disconnected from my turntable. Our provider is Telstra. Need someone with skills to help get everything sorted.

My internet has stopped working

Install a netgear nighthawk router. We have tried but can't make sense of it.

A friend purchased a Xiaomi AX3000 dual band router. It has worked really well for a few months but since Thursday, November 14, the internet light has been orange, meaning I have had no internet. I haven’t been able to troubleshoot my way out of it. The issue doesn’t lie with my provider or the NBN. The secondary issue is that the Mi Home app is in Chinese!

Help setting up WIFI network. COVR 1100, TPG nbn

Just moved into my new home and wifi is all up and running I just can’t work out how to get it all going! This is probably a very quick task, I’m clearly just not tech savvy!!

I need an internet modem setup for my client. The old NBN modem’s MAC address or device ID is not visible on other devices. So we have a new TP-link (with DODO as service provider) modem and need to it setup and password for my client. We need someone to attend to this coming Thursday around lunchtime.

We've just moved house with our belong modem and we're unable to get internet. The belong help line suggest we need to buy a new modem but it was working ok at the other house and we're keen to avoid this if possible

We have a imou camera that needs to be reconnected to the internet for it to work. There are two cameras.

Internet is down. Either faulty NBN device. Or Router has died. Or possible (but unlikely) cable issue. Step 1: Plug in a laptop directly into NBN device to make sure internet working. Possibly NBN device needs to be reset. Step 2: Check and see if router (TP-Link) is working okay. There is a slight chance it needs to be replaced. There should be a replacement router at location, but if you have a spare one in case, that would be helpful.

Help setup internet / wifi / NBN. I have all the equipment just need an expert to bring together Connection ready with Vodafone.
