No Internet coming through from the main box to the modem

Hi. Need help. Shouldn’t be so hard. 😔. Of getting Netflix to work on family tv. It did work but we needed to change modem.

Shifted house. modem was there. Just need to link to new internet supplier

Somehow the internet at our share house has cracked it. I have tried so many things to fix it. Even if someone can talk me thru fixing it i would love them forever.

Our internet is not working.We tried fixing it several times, it didn't help at all. We are using telestra currently in ohr restaurant. With no network in the restaurant, its hard to take payments, put orders etc....specially in busy time.I need someone to help me with the internet ASAP

My security cameras was connected with the 5G internet. Recently I have changed the internet which NBN and also the router has been changed and displaced. Could you please connect me again with my new internet, so I can see the video of security cameras through hik connect app or any other app?

Have Optus 5g working - check connection and setup.

Internet connection not good, we have a netgear modem, a fast provider, line to the house and still bad connection. We may not have it connected right.

My internet wifi has very poor strength in some parts of the house

We are having a new fibre internet. It's not NBN but opticomm fibre. The fibre box is not near our data rack where the switch is. We have an internode plan. We need someone to help connecting a second modem to the fibre box and ensure the internet on the second modem is working (including modem setting check). And then connect a Unifi AP to the second modem with working fibre internet + another Unifi AP to the switch. The two APs will take to each other wirelessly so we can bridge the fibre network to the switch. Please do not change the AP settings. Need someone with good internetworking knowledge.

There's a bridge router connected to the main internet The main internet is okay however most likely due to power outage of someone unplugged certain things we need someone to be on site to check what's going on We will provide remote assistance over the phone preferably somewhere know network knowledge

A friend purchased a Xiaomi AX3000 dual band router. It has worked really well for a few months but since Thursday, November 14, the internet light has been orange, meaning I have had no internet. I haven’t been able to troubleshoot my way out of it. The issue doesn’t lie with my provider or the NBN. The secondary issue is that the Mi Home app is in Chinese!
