I just moved in to this apartment. I see 3 kitchen cupboards with loose, rusty hinges. Cupboard doors don't align and one cupboard has a hinge that's faulty so the door is hanging by one hinge only. I don't expect to replace all the hinges, but I expect them to be sturdy and sit well so that I can effortlessly open and close all the kitchen cabinets.
