The kitchen cupboard / drawer opens by running along metal tracks. The drawer used to glide very smoothly on the tracks but it is now very hard to open and close and does not completely close. It has become very sticky because of the metal tracks it runs along. Depending on your assessment, the metal tracks either need to be throughly cleaned and lubricated or completely replaced. You need to determine how to get the drawer opening and closing smoothly again and undertake whatever action necessary.

I have purchased Ikea cupboards and need someone to install them. See picture for details. You will need to connect the pipes under the sink again. I expect the job would take a couple of days so I have extimated $400 per day.
