Need a quote to fix a window roller shutter. The window is located in the first floor and may require a scissor lift to access the shutter. A part has dislodged from the shutter. Attached image shows that dislodged part.

The winder (handle) has come out of the fixture on our window. We can’t re-thread it and need some help reattaching it or replacing the fixture, if need be.

URGENT HELP REQUIRED - We need to reinforce or reinstall around 15 hooks urgently (using the fastener style hooks) for displaying a hanging installation for our new store opening tomorrow (Saturday) morning. For one of the installations (see in picture), there are 8 hooks to be used - the current ones are too loose and need to be reinforced using the fastener or cup style hooks, whatever is appropriate. There are 2 other installations that require 4 hooks each (same style) - however those installations are much smaller and lighter than the ones seen in the picture. An update on my previously posted task 1. Cut out and recaulk shower area. Size is 1m x 1m. Mostly floor only but a bit of the wall too as you can see in the pic. 2. Caulk bottom side of window frame between the frame and wall. Approx 2m

A guest has tried to use the blinds on the skylight and has pulled on side off. The screw now slips straight out of the hole so will need to be redone. Would also like the opposite side checked to make sure it sturdy as there has been some paint fall from that side since the incident. You will need a ladder to reach the affected area.
