Repair broken hinges on kitchen cupboard door. New hinges required and then rehang the cupboard door. Pre it’s a right opening corner cupboard door. New hinges will need to be purchased by installer. Cost of new hinges will be reimbursed at purchase price with travel time to purchase hinges to be agreed after initial inspection.

A kitchen cupboard door (right door) has come off, due to wear and tear on the holes into which the hinges screw into, on the cabinetry (mdf). This is the typical common issue, whereby the holes in the mdf eventually wear and the screws are unable to keep the hinges fastened any longer. I am unable to fix it, because it is not possible to simply tighten the screws anymore because they just turn and can't grip (due to wear on the mdf). The screws are already quiet thick, so i couldn't simply upgrade to a larger screw, to fit more tightly into the holes. I believe the hinges are in good condition and it's more of an issue of fasting them into the cabinetry. Need someone with the right tools/screws/materials and experience to get this done. my quote is all-inclusive, but I'm assuming that you can simply re-use the existing hinges. if there is a problem with the existing hinges, i'm happy to pay for new hinges, in addition to my offer (you just need to provide me with the receipt for them) The picture doesn't show the issue, because I've tried to mount the door back on using a bit of glue on the screws (but i believe that will fail, hence why I'm posting this job). Job can be done almost any day, except Fridays.

I need someone who can supply and install 3 x pantry cupboard door hinges to allow the door to close properly. Also the other cupboard door has been adjusted to it full setting and the door still doesn’t close. I have a feeling it has to be cut down a bit followed by re laminate the edge.
